what is happening??

She is only 2mos old and still the tiniest of the lot.
I get that she just may be a tiny chicken. However, she has been limping alot!
I finally caught her and saw that her feet are in horrid condition!

Back story:about a week after I got her just 24hrs old, I noticed that the yellowish color was literally peeling off her legs.
like snake skin shedding.
Then I noticed the bottoms of her feet cracking open, never bleeding but splitting open with deep grooves.
Now, her legs stay pasty pale white and I just notice that she is limping more, laying down, not as active but not sleeping
just always nesting on the ground.
Here is a photo of the top of her feet. one has split open and the other has what appear to be bed sore type markings.
Possibly from laying with her feet stretched out behind her on the rough ground?

I'd really hate to put her down if this is serious..
Her toes are also pretty deformed.

I'm not sure what it is but put some cream on her feet and wrap them up hope your hens ok! Good luck

what type of cream?
It's so odd because none of my other 5 birds have any type of symptoms and are quite protective over her lol..

It might be a serious defect, or a disease affecting her since she was a baby.
Perhaps some neosporin and badinage treatment for now?

have you ever heard of or seen the leg scales just flake off though? it's so weird..
