What is Happy Feet?

Looks like a Sussex or Cuckoo Marans x Ameraucana or Easter Egger. . . . Color and leg color fit it. Also, that comb seems pretty small for a single comb. I think it is a heterozygous pea comb, making it have a much less prominent first and third row.
