What is he? Curious?

I was told he's Black sex link, Dominique, barred rock, or cuckoo maran?

He has green and blue in his tail feathers and some brown and red specs on his wings. He is about 5-6 months old.

That's what I thought except he has spotted feet.

I"m thinking Black Sex-Link as well, or perhaps just a random mix.

I think it's likely a Black Sex Link rooster. Sometimes you can end up with some rather odd colors in their legs and feet.
