What is he!? I have looked and researched but still can't find anything like him!

Easter egger maybe? Those guys can look very odd sometimes. I have three and they all look different. A lot of places mark Easter Eggers as ameraucanas. Ameraucanas have an APA standard. Not Easter Eggers. Co ops and mass marketing has muddied the waters.
I've seen some strange E.E.'s before, so we call him the "experiment chicken" since my kids say he looks a chicken experiment gone wrong!!

Yes, that looks like a pea comb, and the lack of wattles is another effect of the gene that causes pea comb.

With the mix of colors, and the pea comb, I wonder if he's some kind of Easter Egger? Of course he isn't going to lay eggs for you to check, but many odd-looking chickens with pea combs are Easter Eggers.

Or he might just be some kind of barnyard mix. Depending on how many generations of mixing are in his ancestry, it might be impossible to figure out.
I know the hatchery he came from was doing some breeding for new colors and figured he got mixed up during shipping.

Mt. Healthy is what I was told
Looking at the options on their website, I think he is probably an "Americana" (which they say is also called Easter Egger.) They are certainly not Ameraucanas, the breed recognized by the American Poultry Association.

Given his comb, I do not think he's an Olive Egger (when they cross pea combs to single combs, that usually produces birds with larger combs and wattles than what he has). He could possibly be an Olive Egger, I just don't think it likely.

I'm not seeing any other kinds with pea combs that he could possibly be. And since pea comb is a dominant gene, it's not going to just pop up from a pair of single comb parents.
