looks like a silkie cross, possibly splash or lavendar/self-blue. Its hard to tell with the lighting.

He's a porcelin colored mix of a D'Uccle Bantam and a Silkie, he has the feathering (tail and body shape) of the D'Uccle and the comb a Silkie (and a beard w/waddles), the comb's called a walnut comb.
