What Is In My Hens Droppings?

I just got done doing some more inspecting. The hens have lice. I also took some of their dropping and inspected it and i saw tiny worms moving on the droppings. Yaaaaaay :/ This is a bummer.

I'm not so bummed about the lice. But, definitely bummed about the worms. Seems there is quite a lot of both. They seem so healthy. Hopefully I can get it under control.

Since they have lice and worms should I just treat them with Ivermectin?
The recommended therapeutic dose of ivermectin will not treat lice. I've played around a little with it and the only way it will kill lice is by giving a massive amount of it, which I will not recommend.

For lice I would use a poultry dust that contains permethrin.

As for the worms, are you sure they worms and not larvae? If you're sure they are worms, do you think they're tape worms? If they are tapeworms you will need something with praziquantel in it.
