It's a Golden Laced Polish...I have one from McMurray as well. Has gray legs.

Golden/ Gold Laced Polish should have Blue or Slaty Blue.
Yours might change color as it older, it is hard to say with "hatchery" stock. It will make a nice chicken when it gets older and gets a good crest on it..
