What is my daughter's chicken?

My daughter was given this chicken and we are at a loss for figuring out what kind or cross she is. She lays a light green egg and seems to have some very short stocky legs. My daughter is 7 and has looked through all of the poultry catalogs to try to figure her out and we would love to hear other ideas!
(The first pic is the day we got her, she has since started regrowing the missing feathers and is looking a bit better Inthink more recently in the 2nd picture!)

I think one of the hatcheries was working on a chocolate colored easter egger. That could be what this is.

I'd call her a Easter egger of she lays colored eggs. You may also want to get her legs/feet checked out. She looks like she has scaly leg mites.

I have to agree, the only thing I can think of is some type of Easter Egger.
And yes, it does look like she might have scaly leg mites.

Easter Eggers are a cross between a blue egg layer and another so it's a good possibility, they are, but I tend to agree, she's got something going on with her legs, hens don't usually have such thick legs with exception of the meat birds. Treating for possible Scaly leg mites would be Vaseline on the legs to smoother them, but not sure how many days, I would do this just as a precaution.

Yes she did, she is improving every day now though
