what is my quails gender?

I have a quail who just turned 3 weeks old today and I am trying to find out it’s gender. We just hatched some chicks so we need to find out the gender so we know how to divide them. We originally thought he/she was a male but then recently noticed he/she had started growing spots on her chest. Now today we noticed that him/her chest is getting redder. Any opinions are welcome!

With the rust colour coming through in the chest I'd say it's a male.
