What is on my chickens nose???

Is this some form of pox? The pimple looking bump has been on my pullets nose for a couple of months. What is it? She is three months almost four. I tried squeezing it but it has a firm touch, not squishy. The scab has been there but the bump under the scab keeps getting bigger. Has anyone else experienced this before? If so how did you treat it?

This may be a little scar from being cut on a piece of fencing, a feeder, or a waterer. It also may be a cyst, and may fall off. There are many similar-looking pictures here on BYC if you search for warts or bump on chicken's beak. Here are a couple of similar bumps:
