what is she?

sold as a lavendar pekin, but i've been told shes incorrect , any idea what she could be? probably a mix of sorts?

She looks like a mutt, but one of two cochins, not a cochin and another breed. I'd say blue cochin (or lavendar) and a red one, from the red coming in on her neck. Shes pretty though.
