What is the best laying breed of large brown eggs?

i have a trio now. its a roo and 2 hens. i bought them as chicks in january and since late june i have gotten about 20 eggs out of them all together

Oh I forgot to add- the Golden Comets lay large brown eggs and do not have feathered feet.

golden comets are great layers,I get 12 large brown eggs everyday from my 12 comets,their very easy to work with gentle natured.

is he dead set on brown eggs. there are the very colorful ee's and i have seen more exotic colors and patterns with the white egg layers like campines and buttercups.
