What is the cause of this?

Not really, with angel wing the wing feathers will stick out like a hitchhiker's thumb.
I see the tip of her wing looks like it isn't laying where it should but it doesn't look like angel wing. She just looks like she may have been worked over by your drake, with how dirty she is. Have you noticed him paying more attention to her than the other 2?
I haven’t noticed him paying special attention to her, although I will definitely watch him closely. We are on the cancellation list for the vet. William

What happened to her wing that required wrapping it.. how long ago was that?

What is her age and feed routine?

Are those pin feathers on her neck?

Is she still active and alert.. eating, drinking, and responding to her flock?
I feed the flock purina duck chow and cracked corn. Sometimes lettuce. (Only the females eat lettuce). Her wing was sprained, we wrapped it up for about 2 days and she looked fine yesterday night. This morning when I opened the coop I found her like this. Waffles is 4/5 years old. Those are pin feathers. The drake is always aggressive to all the females. She is more active now. Before she wasn’t drinking but eating. Now she’s doing both. Thanks so much for caring… William
