What is the correct temp?

I just bought a HHD 24 egg incubator and I set it up this morning and have put 2 extra temp gauges in it to make sure it’s the right temp, through the day I have been checking on them and not once have they all been the same, I’m not sure which one is showing the correct temp, any ideas?

Looks like you're going to want to calibrate your thermometers, since they're all reading off. You could use either the ice water method, in which you fill a glass half with ice, half with water, let it sit for a bit, then put the thermometer in and it should read 0 C, or you could go to a drugstore, pick up a human medical thermometer that says it's accurate within a certain amount of tenths of a degree, and just go off that one. I wouldn't trust any of the ones you have now without calibrating them, since none of them seem to agree.
