It is quite another thing when you talk to your tupperware person, I am still waiting on a return of a ice cream keeper that cracked when frozen (gave up on that years ago) and when I needed to replace some of the square lids on my storage system (they cracked) you would have thought I was asking for gold.
I hate to say it but I threw out some nice tupperware bottoms because I was fed up with trying to replace the lids.
