What is the earliest age you have had a hen start laying?

my EE laid first at 16 weeks I think but the others not till after 20 weeks.

My partridge rocks turn 20 weeks on the fifteenth but two are laying now, around 10 days early. BA's laid straight up on the 20th week.

One thing I know for sure: A watched chicken never lays until she's good and ready.
