what is the easiest way

to make a picture small enough to use as an avatar? i tried using my paint program but it make the pic so small i couldn't really see it & it was still over 100x 100 pixels.

thanks for the reply. i'm trying that tiny pic site but BYC is still saying my image is too large. Anyone wanna let me email it to them to change it & send it back to me?
I really want to put a pic of my hen Fifi that died on Saturday as my avatar.
