Anyway, I think if you want fast, buying required material will speed up the construction. If you reuse recycle material, often it would take time to collect the right material (or almost right, begger not chooser) and plan your build.
I built with mostly re-cycle material. It took me months to gather the material because I wanted it to look decent, and about 80 hrs to build. A good amount of the 80 hours were spent staring at and measuring my pile of treasure (junk to others). I am still tinkering as I come across better material.
