None of the feeds or 'drops' you have posted here are adequate for any gamebirds, including button quail.

For adult quail you'll need to find a feed with 24% protein with Methonine and Lysine at 1.4 & 1.6 , respectively. You can supplement calcium with either crushed egg shells or crushed oyster shell or crushed limestone.
