What is the problem with my eggs?

Hi people

I am new to this forum but by the looks of it every question gets answered to a very good level. I was wondering if you guys could help me find out my problem? The problem I am currently facing is that my bird has give three eggs and I have put them in a Octagon 20 incubator. After 7 days I candled the eggs but none of these seem to have developed. All three eggs are good size and shape. the temperature is set on 101f and the humidity level is at 39 percent. Currently i am turning the eggs 3 times a day, but i have ordered a automatic cradle to make the hatching process easier

. usually after 7 days the egg are all veiny but i really cannot figure out the cause for this.

I was thinking it could something to do with the pairs diet?

What could be the cause for this and what could i do to to sort this out?

Any help would be highly appreciated

Are they mating? With less light outside many birds mate less. They may not be fertile.

They are mating with each other but atm I cannot see any progress in the eggs themselves.
Is it possible that the eggs have died at an early stage as they are definitely are mating and I'm also worrying if their diet may have a part of the eggs not showing signs of life as of yet.

How old are you mating pair or trio?

It could be that your chickens are too young and the rooster is not sexually mature. They also need to practice a bit before they get it right. How old are they?

Have you looked at a yolk to see that they are fertile?

The makle is about 3 years old and the female is about 2 years old. I have to also mention that they are grey francolin birds (Sorry for not pointing this out before)

That's a very good guide, I will print this out and study it further
As above, they are grey francolin birds lol. Sorry for not saying in my original post. They have had 1 healthy chick about two months ago so I am just worried about these new eggs and their fertility as the egg shell seems to be perfect (so the nutrition seems to be good atm). I'm currently candling them but I am not seeing anything with a white LED torch, could it be due to the way I am trying to candle them and I need a better or brighter torch?
