I would try and find a frizzld Jersey Giant and a frizzled Dong Tao, and cross them. This would produce a huge bird with huge legs, a freaky looking face and crazy feathers. Then I would mate that bird with a guinea hen. The resulting chicken would be sterile I think, and should look something akin to a velociraptor caught in an electric fence.
