What is this bantam?

Today my friend called me and asked me if I could take in two little roosters. Apparently the lady who owned them died and animal control was going to put them down. (No one around here adopts roosters) So my friend said he would take them and find them a home.

I just moved into a new house on three acres and haven't gotten chickens again yet, (my flock was wiped out by a combination of my uncle's dog and raccoons at my previous residence) so I didn't see any harm in letting the little guys come out here and live.

They're both very cute; one is shy and went and hid pretty quick, but the other strutted around and checked things out and I took a few pictures.

I'm not real familiar with bantam breeds. I feel like I should know what they are but it eludes me.

Thanks! I think he's absolutely darling. Both of them (they look exactly the same lol). I've never had bantams with the exception of Silkies when I was little, so I think they're so little and sweet.

Yes there a very flashy bird.. Here is some imformation about them..

Admitted to the American Poultry Association in 1874, the WFB Spanish is probably the oldest breed of the Mediterranean Class. There are British records of the breed as far back as 1572.
This is a nonsitting fowl which produces large, chalk-white eggs. It's distinguishing features are the white face and the large, low hanging white earlobes.
In the days before heavy commercial egg farming in the US, Spanish were found on many small farms and were known as "Clown Faced Chickens."
