Than I would think it's fowl pox which should run it's course in about 6 weeks.In central Florida. It’s 85 degrees here.
Fowl pox is a virus transmitted by mosquitoes or direct contact. I generally don't separate, but you can, there's no treatment. Your bird will get over it and than be immune. Keeping mosquito population low can help prevent it, but in Florida that's a hard thing.Ok, thank you. Do I need to treat it? If so, with what? Should I isolate her?
