What is this black thing on her comb

It worked and i read some of it and you right it the dry one and it hasnt infected any other bird so it okay till now i guess and the one that got infected is doin okay. She actually lays every day
 
Okay update... the first chicken that got it has recovered and has lost its black spot but found 2 more and i have isolated them.

@coach723 the material you have sent me was just amazing i have read all three and caught up with every thing. It was very detailed :D :D thank you
