What Is This Bug, found in my coop just now?

Slightly, yes, in the close-ups, but the actual size of this greatly magnified bug is a pinpoint or microdot.

I did a swipe under the wooden chicken roost about a half an hour ago, with white paper. Dozens of them were running rapidly on the paper, and this was a close-up of one.

It definitely has the shape, size, and body of a mite, but I can't find any information on one that has an iridescense. I would check the flock to make sure that they are clean and treat for mites. If they are in the coop, then I would think they may feed at night.
