Cannot tell too well from the photo but does it have pointed tail feathers compared to the others?

Your photos are not really very clear, and it is hard to tell. My guess is male. Purely a guess though. HOWEVER, I will tell you .... I had a girl "return" 2 Delawares she hatched from my eggs, because they were roosters. They were about the age of yours. One turned out to be a female!
