Look in the top right corner, of the screen, for "My Profile" click on that, once in your profile scroll down the page, past you recent activity and albums, you will see "Your Forum Signature", next line, on the right: "Edit signature", click on that, type what you want in there, post a link if you want, hit "preview" and "save".
