DD taught Bubbles how to do a funny magic trick. What's Bubbles thinking?

Trust me, I don't have an Ace in the hole. So you don't need to check.

What's Bubbles thinking?

(Not a caption.) Can you tell us what the trick was? I love hearing about chickens learning tricks.

Our Dominque, Bubbles is The Amazing Psychic Chicken!

She trained Bubbles to peck at the Q Hearts. If DD does her part of the magic trick correctly, the volunteer "randomly" picks the Queen on Hearts. Then DD lays out the cards while the volunteer must think very hard about their card. (without saying the answer out loud LOL) Bubbles can always read their mind & select the Q Hearts every time! Way to go Bubbles!!!!

Bubbles is part of DD's 4H project & adds some comic relief. It's very impressive - as long as no one sees it twice. I suppose if we had a second Dom trained to peck at a different card & strategically swapped them, her act could go pro.
Bubbles can also answer questions by pecking at words or pictures on cards. (At least any card with a small red dot on them)

And here's DD with her fav roo, "Mr Dummy." She loves him - just not enough to give him a decent name. LOL

If you restrain me from going to my hens, we'll see who's really the dummy.
