Heheh, his fluffy neck feathers were puffing out and making it look a lot tighter than it was - But I promise it fit his skinny neck just fine! Even slipped over his head without trouble xD He didn't like it, but it kept him from doing somersaults when his head bent down between his legs and he couldn't eat or sleep properly. He stopped needing to wear a neck brace because he got better, and could finally hold his own head high! Hahaha.
