What is this chicken?

We have adopded an abandoned chicken. In a city parking lot! Owner of company tried to find where the chicken came from.
We have named her/him JC (Just Chicken). No spurs, no crowing (this am she made an odd sound, but quiteer than a crow).
Very docile, bare legs, I will try to upload a pic. (not sure how yet.)

Looks like a silver-laced wyandotte rooster mix or an Easter Egger rooster with SLW markings. Definitely a rooster.

Could mine be a hen? Do all roosters have spurs?
