What is this Comb?

It's a pea comb - It just looks weird because it has been crossed with a single comb at least twice, making it on the verge of a point-less single comb.

I've got an EE who lays light brown/cream eggs who also has a comb that is really weird looking. It's got a lot of side springs and flops in two different directions, but, it's a single comb.

Is it kind of a ruffled single comb? I have one of those here, a "stray" I found in a box on my porch. I call him an Ameracaunish.
