Bill: Now you've seen the spacious yard surrounded in an exploratory leaf motif. It has nice tall border fences to keep the "undesirables" out. And your chicken neighbors are actually really nice fowl if you give them a chance. The bone bowl is filled with food on a regular basis and here is the focal point of the whole lot: a combination drinking, playing, swimming pool made from the sturdiest of cement mixing containers. You will notice that the poop content of the water is very low for this price point and it isn't overly crowded. You would be sharing this lot with a few other ducks, myself included. We are a pretty laid back lot. Know your place in the pecking order and there won't be any trouble. Rent is due by 10:00 every morning, you are expected to pay at least 4 days per week unless obviously broody or molting. Also you can take the whole winter off if you please. The care taker is very nice and shows up frequently with treats. What do you say?
