what is this growth on my silikie chicks chest?

its gotten bigger today and i ifrst noticed it about 2 weeks ago. not sure where it came from. he acts fine i guess. just hope this isnt bad

Is it smaller first thing in the morning? It could just be a full crop due to eating.

Sometimes their crop gets really big if they eat a lot ~ I have had some look like they were carrying tennis balls on their necks after eating lalot. As long as it goes down at night it is ok.
