What is this guy?

Hi -

Had a small flock few years ago, and was thinking of starting up some hens again. In the meantime, looks like someone dumped an unwanted rooster in our neighborhood. Took pity on the guy and let him stay in the yard. A little worse for wear, but he seems to be adjusting well and is buddies with the dog now.

Any idea what kind he is? (assume just a barnyard mix unless you all say otherwise). I don't recognize...

Mixed breed! It's not one due to rarity and yours has the wrong leg color, but for fun he looks quite similar to a Swedish Flower Hen
