What is this handsome guy? *more pictures added page 2* Help solve the mystery!

Long story short, while picking up an item I purchased from craigslist I ended up coming home with a free, big, very handsome rooster from the same lady. He's around 1.5 years old and a "mix" is what I was told. He normally holds his tail almost straight up and has blood red eyes. Oh, and "hair" on his ears- I thought that was interesting!

Anyone have any idea what he is? I love him

He's super friendly! She had a ton of roos, and kept threatening them with the pot so I just figured he was a regular wild chicken... turns out he has a clipped wing and loves to sit in your lap and be petted.

He certainly has some game background...I can't tell from the pic is his comb rose or just an enourmous pea comb? Given your discription of his tailset maybe he's part american game? Or just squirrel tailed naturally. His coloring is Red Pyle, a color traditionaly associated with gamefowl breeds anyhow. He is quite handsome

He looks like a Blue Laced Red Wyandotte in the Splash variety mixed with a Red-sex link.
