What do you suppose this little guy is?? It's always been real small even as a chick. We just thought it was a runt. The little guy never took too kindly to being pushed around even though it's always been half size. It's VERY difficult to get a picture, he/she is fast as lightening and can fly like a bird. Yesterday it flew on the top of my building to roost about 10ft in the air and has no problem flying over my 5ft fenced run.

Any idea what breed or gender it is??? We joke it half chicken half dove [IMG]

She's almost 4.5 months old [IMG]

Thank you for the suggestions. I looked up both on Google images. One of the Japanese black tailed bantams looks EXACTLY like mine... not saying it IS of course, because I really don't know.

So I have a Bantam in with all my RIR and sex-links eh? All this time I thought she was a runt HA! The little guy (Er, GIRL) sure is fun to watch though!!

I expect some eggs from the flock any time now [IMG] I can't wait!!

    Thank you all,

Black Tailed Japanese sex? I cant tell. I had one earlier this year, now in the freezer (was a roo and started crowing at about 8 weeks).
