What is this little guy?

I'm still not sure if it's a girl or boy, but that red that just appeared recently on the wings makes me think boy. I was sure it was a girl up until that came in.

My son is 5, btw, to get an idea of its size. I have 2 this size that I'm sure are the same breed, 2 different colors. The other I think is a black breasted red.

Judging by the thickness of the legs and size of the comb I'd say roo.

Yeah, but what breed is it?

Here's the other cockerel that's the same size, I think same breed, different color.

Are they Dutch or OEGB? They're the smallest of all of my bantams. They're about the same size as my Polish bantam, but he's 2 weeks younger. They are smaller than my silkies, who are also 2 weeks younger that the ones in question.
