She came from a tiny little hatchery called Poultry Hollow

Yes. Hatchery quality birds don’t follow the SOP.

That birds more relates to Langshan. I see no cochin characteristics other than the feathered legs and single comb.

The shape is wrong. The size is wrong. Even a hatchery quality cochin is sort of round. This bird stands tall and erect.
