What is this little striped chick?

This little chick came with an an assortment of feather-legged Banty chicks that could include Silkies, Cochins,Brahmas and Bearded Belgian D'Uccles. It doesn't have 5 toes, so I don't think it's a Silkie -right? Doesn't have much of a muff/beard so prob. not a Belgian either. I am guessing Cochin, but what color variety?

We got them from Ideal. They said they would put in extra males for warmth and we had three extras in the order. However they are all feather legged and banty-sized. I really feel like I should know what this is. I have looked on line and on all the hatchery sites for a chick that looks like this and haven't found it yet.

It's a Cochin, but I've never seen a chick that color. Maybe it's a mix of two colors.
