She's hard to catch so I haven't inspected yet. It looks puffy since it's lighter than the rest of her skin in that area.Can you get a better picture from that side including her open eye? How does it feel puffy or firm?
Idk? It's only there that I can see. I doubt she's vaccinated - I got her from a farmer a few years ago. She's acting normally.
It is solid. She is a very noisy breather, kinda wheezes but always has been.Swelling around an eye can be from a sinus infection (respiratory disease) such as MG or coryza. Other signs to look for are bubbles or foam in the eye, sticky eye drainage, sneezing, or rattly breathing. But there can be pecking problems that might create a wound or abscess, or a cyst. Insect stings can also be a cause for swelling.
