What is this next to my hen's eye?

It doesn't look serious. Kind of like an air bubble.

My rooster has a similar thing by his eye. Been treating him with ACV and garlic but nothing seems to help. Not sure what to do with him. It’s getting bigger.

Swelling around an eye can be from a sinus infection (respiratory disease) such as MG or coryza. Other signs to look for are bubbles or foam in the eye, sticky eye drainage, sneezing, or rattly breathing. But there can be pecking problems that might create a wound or abscess, or a cyst. Insect stings can also be a cause for swelling.

It is solid. She is a very noisy breather, kinda wheezes but always has been.
