It's really best not to disturb the pox scabs at all since it can spread the virus. Some do dab on some iodine to dry them out, but even that isn't necessary. Any pox around the eyes can cause infection, which may benefit from some Terramycin eye ointment applied into the eyes twice a day..thanks for the welcome.Oh my goodness some of these are soooooo funny!
I had someone mention using coconut and tea tree oils on this but,does anyone know how much of each to mix. Also in case it is fowl pox if I can catch the others and put some on them will it help prevent it for them?
