It may be an ingrown feather. But it also could be an ant or insect bite. You can clean it with alcohol or betadine, and use a sterilized needle to probe it and see if there is a feather inside there. Or watch it for a day to see if it changes.

I don't know about this I feel like its fowl pox or something is it normal?
Yes I'm applying antiseptic powder I'll its looks like a human pimple or black head ..also I'm shock to see the tail long bump people n called oil gland is it normal?

I have seen that before with that tail lump but it will go down

First, is that a rooster or a hen? It seems normal to me- probably more normal for a rooster.
