What is this? Poop question

Found this by the food bucket this morning. Any ideas what this could be?

It can be one of two things. Intestinal shed or coccidiosis, the latter needing treating sooner than later. Keep watching the poo and see if anymore happens today or tomorrow. If it doesn't it's probably the lining shed.

I've been paying attention for coccidiosis and the hens are all very active and the poop tray looks normal too. It looks like an organ but I'm pretty sure if they pooped out an organ they would be dead.

Yes, LOL if they pooped out an organ they would be dead. Which is why I think it is an intestinal lining poo. Just keep an eye on them for them next few days.
