What is this roo???

I know that this is the worst pic ever but I need to know what this roo is, I have a potential home for him and they want to know what he is. His hackles are cream colored with brown streaks, his back and around his middle is a glossy brown as well as his back. His tail feathers are black with a green shine. His legs are pink. Can anyone wager a guess as to what he is or what cross?
