What is this snake ,Please. *mystery solved! :o)*

    Is it a Rat snake? Milk snake? Copperhead? It kinda looks like a Copperhead to me.. (although the color is a bit off, maybe?)
    We DO have Copperheads around here..but..this one is so tiny..not sure what it is. [​IMG]
    also..the be-heading was an accident..hubby was weed wacking.. [​IMG]

    I am going to say copperhead just for the sake of guessing. I think we really need a pic for this one [​IMG]

    Ahh found the pic~ It is definitely not a copperhead as I jokingly said before. I am not an expert on snakes but I bet a quarter that it was not poisionous.

    Looks like a milk snake. Can I see a pic of the head? I need to see if there are venom glands or not.

    It's a dead snake!

    Actually it's what we call a "Corn Snake". They eat mice.

    I suppose that any snake would eat a baby chick if given the chance.

    dead snake... definately not copperhead... I'd say eastern milk snake.
