So last week i noticed one of my hens had some white crusty bits on her comb. They don't come off with mild rubbing. Now it looks like all of my hens ears and combs are turning white and have tiny scabby bits on them.

It might be fowl pox but I don't really know. Im thinking of getting them a general antibiotic and hoping for the best! The weather is nice and theyre all eating and laying normally so far. They're all about 16 months old.

Any help would be really appreciated! Are my girls going to be okay?!

I wouldn't recommend antibiotics for that. Make sure that your hens are not supposed to have white earlobes. Sometimes favus, a fungal infection, can cause white or grayish powdery lesions on combs, wattles, and ear lobs. Miconazole and Lotrimin creams will treat that. Nustock may be good also.
