Chicken white comb

Hi all - I noticed one of my hens’ comb has turned white (see pic)… I’m sure this isn’t good, but I’m not sure what to do about it.

Could it be fungal?

Any help would be appreciated!

She looks very pale combed. Hens not laying may have pale or dry combs, especially in winter, but I would check her skin for possible mites. Those can cause anemia and death. Permethrin dust or spray can treat lice and mites, and Elector PSP works very well.
