I just found this in the bag of scratch. No idea what it is??
Tough picture, but immediate thought was a member of the weevill family. Scratch a bit old? Very common if so. Even if not too old, they can multiply very quickly.
Can't tell that is what it is for sure, but that is my guess.
It is kinda old I guess I'd better throw it out I don't like bugs!
I would not toss it all out. I once got them halfway though a bag but I still finished it off. Not sure what your storage situation is like, but I keep my scratch in metal trash cans in the coop area, so there was no worry about keeping it and using it.
