What is this?

This cutie just hatched yesterday. Today I noticed this on it. Any idea what it could be, and what I might need to do about it. It seems like it is fluid filled.

2x lazy gardener ... Is it under the tail? Wing? Back of the neck? Almost looks like a beak to my old eyes

It' sort of on the base of the neck. Right above wing

Fluid or air filled? If fluid, it's edema, subcutaneous water retention...

How high was the humidity at hatch? I have only seen that when humidity was too high last couple days of incubation and at hatch...

If air, I would guess ruptured air sac, though I haven't seen one in a chick that young.
