What is this?

So about 2 days ago I put one of my EE egg in the incubator that had a crack on the shell, and right now after reading if eggs could hatch with crack I read the hatch rate would be low. So decided to take it out and examine it if it had actually begun developing and there was this white circlish thing on the eggs yolk was wondering if anyone knew what it was.

The white circle thing (I forgot the name of it) is supposed to be there. It naturally occurs with fertilized eggs but I'm not sure if this is a strict sign the egg can develop a chick.
